World Exclusive: First pics of bombed Hezbollah headquarters, India Today on site

Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was killed last week (on September 27) as Israel launched a missile attack targeted the headquarters of the Iran-backed group in Beirut. India Today TV’s Ashraf Wani, the only Indian reporter on the ground in Lebanon, visited the crucial location on Wednesday.
The visuals showed debris of the six-storey building reduced to rubble by the Israeli attacks.
This is the first time the media was allowed access to the site. The visuals showed smoke emanating from a nearby wall.
A walkthrough of the attack site showed the remains of the buildings in the middle of the densely populated neighbourhoods south of Beirut.

Israel bombarded Hezbollah strongholds in Beirut’s southern suburbs on Friday, killing Hassan Nasrallah, a key ally of Iran. Ali Karki, the commander of Hezbollah’s Southern Front, and additional commanders were also killed in the attack.
The strike was among one of the most powerful by Israel in Lebanon since the start of the war with Hezbollah. It flattened several buildings in the area.
The ground report from the site, days after the Israeli attack, showed normal hustle bustle around the destroyed buildings.

The attack displaced thousands of Lebanese, who congregated in parks and sidewalks after the strikes.
